Description
 
The liquid level leak detector is a liquid level and gas leak detection instrument developed and produced by our company that has reached the international advanced level.
 
1. The liquid level detection unit adopts nuclear technology, which uses high-voltage power supply to ionize and emit radiation. After the beam interacts with the measured substance, the radiation receiving intensity changes with the change of the liquid level of the detection material to control the detection of the filling liquid material capacity. The detection unit has been improved and upgraded on the basis of our company's first generation machine, and a unique foam processing algorithm has been added, which greatly improves the detection accuracy of the product by this detection machine, and at the same time increases the running speed of the whole machine.
 
2. The leak detection unit adopts acoustic technology to detect the quality defects caused by the low pressure or insufficient vacuum of the iron cap sealed container. When the container passes the detection probe, the probe emits high-energy electromagnetic waves non-contact impact on the top cover of the container, the cover is impacted and produces a sound, and the sound has a certain proportional relationship with the pressure value in the container. Use acoustic technology to determine whether the container has quality defects based on the sound. The unique sound analysis method can achieve high accuracy and continuity.
Because of its non-contact measurement method, it fundamentally solves the problem that conventional weighing methods cannot measure the volume of liquid materials filled in the production line and the problem of air leakage. Therefore, it is widely used in online inspection of liquid packaging products.
